The seller must have the sole right to sell and be the legal owner of the property that they are advertising. If you are not the legal owner of the property you must have Legal Power of Attorney in order to advertise the property on behalf of the owner.
You, the customer, authorise Yorkshire Property Services to publish the details that you have provided and declare that they are factual and not misleading in any way. You agree to indemnify Yorkshire Property Services against any possible claims which may occur from inaccurate or misleading information, deliberate or otherwise, provided by yourselves in the advertising published.

The service provided by Yorkshire Publishing Ltd refers to the purchase by the customer of on-line property advertising which is provided through the website of Yorkshire Property Services for a fee of £49 (including VAT). The service will deem to have been provided once your property has been published on the website for a period of over 7 days in order to restrict our financial liability. Support and advertisement on the website will continue effectively for free however until your property is sold as the fee is incurred through administration and set up of your property details listed on our website. In order to maintain up to date information on property’s please inform us of any exchange of contract or if you no longer wish to sell your property by advertising on the Yorkshire Property Services website.
A ’For Sale’ board is available to purchase for £15 including postage and packaging and will have your personal ID number displayed, no returns or refunds on the boards are given. Replacement boards are charged at the same rate unless the sign is found to be faulty whereby a replacement is provided free of charge. All boards are thoroughly checked for faults before being posted to you.
Only one board can be displayed outside your property due to Local Planning Regulations, this therefore means you cannot display our board alongside an Estate Agents ‘For Sale’ board
Cancellation
Yorkshire Property Services reserves the right to cancel or remove the advertisement of any property that it believes any of the following may have accrued:
- Offensive, threatening, abusive text
- Offensive images or ones not related to the sale of a property being displayed.
- In breach of a copyright, privacy or any other rights
- In breach of any laws or regulations
- The advertising or marketing of any other product to profit any other company on this website.
LIABILITY
The maximum liability of any claim due to our negligence would and will be limited to a sum equal to the advertisement received.
We accept no financial liability for any temporary loss of service or website facilities at any time. We endeavour to make every reasonable effort in ensuring that Yorkshire Property Services website facilities are available to internet customers and visitors at all times. However it may be necessary to take the site off line without notice to carry out necessary maintenance or upgrade work but this downtime will be kept to a minimum.

Refunds
No refunds will be given once the advertisement has gone live, this is due to at any point a buyer could be introduced to your property so for that reason no refund can be offered. Your advert going live may take up to 24 hours.
